Salary: £26,000 - £33,000

Winn Solicitors (Scotland) LLP offers a specialist accident claim service, focusing on all elements of the claims process to help our clients deal with the fall-out of a non-fault accident.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join the firm’s busy team based in our Glasgow office. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including RTA, EL and PL cases.
This role is fully office-based with a successful firm based in Glasgow, offering attractive benefits and genuine career progression opportunities.

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse caseload including RTA, EL, and PL claims
- Reviewing and analysing case documents to assess liability and causation
- Drafting legal documents and preparing witness statements
- Instructing experts and gathering key evidence
- Handling files efficiently to drive claims to resolution
- Ensuring all cases are actioned in line with service protocols
