An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join the firm’s busy team based in our Edinburgh office.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including RTA, EL and PL cases.
This position is a full-time (35 hours per week) role, with a successful firm based in Edinburgh offering attractive benefits and genuine career progression opportunities.

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Action all cases in line with client service protocols
- Manage a volume caseload
- Review and analyse relevant documents
- Prepare witness statements and instructions of experts
- Draft court documents
- Analysis of liability, quantum and causation
- Proactively handle files to progress claims to conclusion
